Captains of the Industry co-creating an elevated medtech

Hosted at Deloitte on 17 March, the SAMED Captains of Industry Forum with South African Health Products Regulatory Authority CEO, Dr Boitumelo Semete-Makokotlela, Senior Manager: Medical Devices, Dr Dimakotso Mathibe of SAHPRA, Captains of Industry, and delegates was a resounding success.

The SAMED Captains of Industry Forum, with leaders from both industry and the regulator, was an important partnership-building step towards regulatory compliance and co-creating an elevated medtech sector. It emphasizes the power of collaboration, and continuing conversations that acknowledge the diverse nature of our sector – including women led business and SMMEs.
